A big thank you to ALMA, the world-renowned International School of Italian Culinary Arts of Colorno, for having chosen us as suppliers of pasta machines for the course "ITALIAN PASTA" - a course of high educational value addressed to the whole knowledge of the techniques and new trends of fresh Italian pasta.

This course began in late March and will last 4 weeks, preparing future pasta makers on a theme which is so representative of our culinary culture.

Students are relying on AL.MA. Fresh Pasta Machines for their high-level training during these weeks and we are confident that with the proper instruments they will accurately deepen their knowledge of fresh and filled pasta making.
