Industrial, automatic noodle nests machine to make tagliatelle, fettuccine, pappardelle nests.
It’s completed with two laminating rollers with adjustable speed, controlled by inverter.
The cutting die can be easily changed and the knife speed can be adjusted to obtain the requested product length.
