Industrial automatic pasta cutter for tagliatelle, fettuccine, pappardelle and dough-sheet for lasagne and cannelloni.
It’s complete with two laminating rollers with adjustable thickness, controlled by inverter.
The cutting die can be easily changed and the knife speed can be adjusted to obtain the requested product length.
Long belt for product exit.
