All machines for the production of fresh pasta are made entirely in ALMA, by our Team. In particular, we produce machines and complete plants for rolled, extruded (short and long), filled, for gnocchi, for all types of flour with or without gluten: from the mixing of raw materials to the forming up to the heat treatment and its packaging (yes, we are also a leading company specialized in the production of customized thermoforming packing machines for fresh pasta and other food products!).

Even during the fair, if you are interested to take a closer look at our reality, we gladly welcome you in ALMA to talk with our technicians who will make a "live" demonstration of the machines for the production of fresh pasta, giving you valuable advice on the technique and making of different shapes of pasta.
